More than 280,000 mourners at the memorial altar for Jeju Air flight disaster

More than 280,000 mourners from all over the country visited the joint memorial altar to honor the victims during the national mourning period of the Jeju Air flight disaster.

The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters said 285,060 citizens visited 105 joint memorial alter nationwide, including the first floor of Muan International Airport, the indoor gymnasium of Muan Sports Park, and the main building of Seoul City Hall until yesterday (4th).

Twenty-three joint incense burners in Jeollanam-do and Gwangju and 37 other local incense burners will continue to operate afterward.
