Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon criticized lawmakers and city and provincial governors of the People's Power for blocking the execution of arrest warrants for President Yoon Suk Yeol and calling for an end, saying, "Did the People's Power give up being a conservative party?"

In a Facebook post, Governor Kim said, "About 40 lawmakers have launched a bullfight in front of the official residence, and the governor of the city and provincial governments even insists on suspending arrest warrants and re-deciding the impeachment."

Governor Kim said, "The president is a civil war! The ruling party is "Insurrection BTS!" "Will the world see South Korea as a normal country?" he said. "It is turning developed countries that have achieved industrialization and democratization into 'concerned countries' that are concerned about falling national credit ratings and 'lagging countries' where the rule of law has collapsed."

"Where did the market economy and the rule of law, which are the core values of conservatism, go?" he said. "What the power of the people should protect is not a rebellion, but the value of conservatism. Please get back to normal."
