The People's Power visited the Constitutional Court and Chairman Woo Won-sik one after another to protest the National Assembly's impeachment ruling excluding the "crime of rebellion under the criminal law" from the reasons for President Yoon's impeachment, and repeatedly argued that the impeachment charge would not be established except for the crime of rebellion.

Floor leader Kwon Sung-dong told reporters after visiting the Constitutional Court with senior party lawmakers and members of the Judiciary Committee, "As the exclusion of the rebellion is a significant change in the facts, I conveyed my opinion that the impeachment inquiry cannot be changed and the impeachment motion is dismissed."

He then criticized the president's impeachment trial for being biased and unfair, saying he has not suspected that the withdrawal of the rebellion was made through the Democratic Party's intervention.

Park Hyung-soo, the deputy floor leader, also said in a briefing after the meeting with Chairman Woo Won-sik that since the deletion or change of the rebellion is an important change in the reason for the impeachment, it violates the right to deliberate and vote on the lawmakers who voted after seeing the contents.
