That's right. President Yoon's formal hearing on the impeachment trial will be held a week later.

As of yesterday, the Constitutional Court asked the Ministry of National Defense's prosecution team, the National Police Agency's National Police Agency, and the special prosecution to send data on the martial law investigation records.

This is because the National Assembly accepted the request to send it to confirm the overall facts of the martial law incident at the last hearing preparation date.

From the date of pleading, the National Assembly and President Yoon will have a fierce battle.

Each applied witness will be questioned and the evidence submitted will be examined.

The Constitutional Court said President Yoon submitted an additional opinion yesterday, explaining that he is continuing to look into the matter at the review and the judges' meeting.

President Yoon's position today is to remove the crime of rebellion from the impeachment resolution,

He argued that he was not simply excluding one of the reasons, but withdrawing most of the content.

He emphasized that the impeachment resolution itself was invalid, so it was also the reason for your dismissal.

The National Assembly also held an open press conference for the first time today and said it would be judged by the court for the act of rebellion as a violation of the Constitution.

In other words, the crime of rebellion will not be withdrawn from the grounds for prosecution, but will be judged without exception.
