The party's special committee on overcoming the civil war and stabilizing the state affairs said in a National Assembly briefing that Choi was neglecting the illegality of the security service that blocked the execution of the arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol.
He then claimed that he was clearly neglecting his work, saying that he did not request the recommendation of a permanent special prosecutor candidate and was delaying the appointment of Ma Eun-hyuk, a constitutional judge elected by the National Assembly.
After the briefing, Lee Yong-woo, chairman of the legal committee, said, "If acting Choi cooperates with the execution of the second arrest warrant, he will drop the charges, saying, "No," and stressed that clear legal responsibility should be held to the current situation.
