Trump told a news conference at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Fla., that he would "review everything" and give a large pardon to the leader of the January 6 crisis.
He also welcomed the court's decision to block the release of the investigation results report by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who investigated allegations of overturning the 2020 presidential election results, but criticized Smith in a raw way, calling him a "fool."
Meta, the parent company of Facebook, which blocked Trump's account in the wake of the January 6 incident, said it was a "great press conference" and "a long way to go."
When asked if it was appropriate for Tesla CEO Elon Musk, a close aide, to speak on European politics, Trump defended it, saying it was not that unusual.
