Regarding the group system of large corporations, it has been decided to add a fine to the fact that only corrective action and criminal punishment were possible for illegal activities aimed at avoiding discipline in large corporations.

In addition, it plans to focus on unfair internal transactions and supplying insolvent affiliates to small and medium-sized businesses, such as real estate and medical care, along with major business sectors such as restaurant and building management.

At the same time, the government will strengthen regulations on the weighting of fines for businesses that habitually violate the law and push for the establishment of a comprehensive fair trade support center to strengthen support for affected companies.
