A heavy snow warning is in effect in five cities and counties, including Boryeong, Seocheon, and Taean in Chungcheongnam-do.
In addition, six cities and counties, including Gongju, Nonsan, and Buyeo, Chungcheongnam-do, have been given a preliminary special warning for heavy snow.
Since yesterday, the snow has been recorded at 14.7cm in Gyeryongsan Mountain, Chungcheongnam-do, 11.4cm in Chunjangdae in Seocheon, and 9.4cm in Sejongjeonui.
