Russian President Vladimir Putin is in a position to meet with U.S. President-elect Donald Trump without any preconditions, the Kremlin says.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he welcomed Trump's stance to solve the problem with dialogue.
He added that Putin has already repeatedly stated that he is ready to talk to world leaders, including Trump.
Earlier, Trump said yesterday (9th) that Putin wants to meet and that we are preparing for the talks, saying that we should end the war.
