North Korea completes 3rd local plant in New Year following local power generation project

North Korea said it has established a local factory in Eunpa-gun, Hwanghae-buk-do, in accordance with the "Local Power 20×10" project, which has been promoted for balanced regional development.

North Korea's Korean Central News Agency said yesterday (10th) that the completion ceremony of the Eunpa-gun local industrial plant, which started construction in March last year, was held, and executives, workers, and military builders participated.
