The National Intelligence Service says it has confirmed that the loss of North Korean troops is significant through North Korean prisoners captured by Ukraine.

The National Intelligence Service said it confirmed that Ukrainian forces captured two North Korean soldiers on the battlefield of Kursk, Russia, on the 9th local time.

At the same time, he said he confirmed through prisoner statements that the North Korean military lost a significant number of troops during the battle.

He also explained that the captured prisoners were also caught without eating or drinking anything for four to five days after falling out of the unit.

The NIS said one of the captured North Korean soldiers arrived in Russia in November last year, received military training from the Russian side for a week, and then moved to the battlefield, and said he knew he was moving to receive training, not the battlefield.

The NIS says the North Korean prisoner's statement is that he found out about the dispatch only after arriving in Russia.

The NIS explained that the two North Korean prisoners captured by Ukraine were captured alive with injuries, but their lives were not in danger.
