The People's Power emphasized that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit coordinates the timing of the execution of the second arrest warrant for President Yoon, and that the position of the president, a constitutional institution, and the leader chosen by the people should be protected.

Kim Dae-sik, a senior floor spokesman, said in a comment, "Since the incumbent president is a leader who has been chosen by the people, unreasonable execution of arrest warrants without consultation with the security agency will lead to damage to international national dignity and public trust."

The presidential security service is responsible for protecting the president's personal safety under the law, and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit ignored legal procedures and entered the security area without prior cooperation or discussion in the previous arrest attempt, pointing out that it violated the Presidential Security Act and the Police Act.

He also stressed that attempts to disable the function of the Presidential Security Service for the execution of warrants are an abuse of police power and a violation of the constitutional basic order, and that investigations and execution should be carried out in accordance with laws and procedures.
