Ahead of the execution of the second arrest warrant for Yoon Suk Yeol's president, the high-ranking government official's crime investigation office is considering seeking civil damages and reimbursement rights from the presidential security office.

As a result of the YTN report, it was confirmed that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is considering requesting the security service for the cost of removing obstacles installed at the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, and filing a civil damage suit in the event of an injury within the investigation team.

It also discussed how to deal with security officials at the investigation stage so that they would not be punished even if they were accused of dereliction of their duties if they disobeyed their superior instructions to "prevent the execution of arrest warrants."

Earlier on the 3rd, former presidential security chief Park Jong-joon and deputy chief Kim Sung-hoon, who objected to the first arrest warrant execution process, were booked by the police on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs.

In the process of executing the second arrest warrant, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit plans to hold the security officers strictly responsible, and the employees are lenient to minimize physical conflict.
