Six days of wildfires in Los Angeles have killed 16 people so far, and fire officials have launched a full-scale search with the suppression.

Amid the pain of residents who have lost their homes, California Governor Newsom raised his voice to President-elect Trump, who raised the blame, to come to the fire in person.

As the day dawns, a fire helicopter pours thousands of gallons of water into the foothills.

More than 150,000 people were ordered to evacuate as the Palisades flames turned to Brentwood and Fernando.

After six days, people left the shelter, but with no home to go back to, sank on the streets.

[Taylor Gellbrich / LA Palisades resident] His wife's family lost their 39-year-old son to a heart attack last year. It's so hard to lose my son and home for a year.

The whole village is in sorrow.

[Mia Luman / L.A. Palisades resident] All of her best friends are homeless. But I survived. And we lost the precious people of the church, and she is now with God.]

Although the fire has not yet been completely contained, a full-fledged search operation has also begun as more than 10 people have been reported missing.

[Robert Luna / LA County Sheriff: Launch task force for search and rescue starting this morning. Through integrated command, 40 professional rescue teams are deployed to support the search for missing people and reunification with their families.]

Gov. Gavin Newsom also launched a counterattack after President-elect Trump's sniping that the California governor's environmental policies had not supplied water properly in the fire area.

Posting on X, Governor Newsom told Trump not to politicize the tragedy of hundreds of thousands of Americans and told him to come and see the wildfire in person.

Governor Newsom ordered the L.A. Department of Water Resources to investigate firefighting water after the fire at the beginning of the Palisades ran out of water and the Santa Inez reservoir was found to be closed.
