The midday temperature in Seoul is 6 degrees, which is about 3 degrees higher than yesterday, making outdoor activities easier.

As the atmosphere stagnates overnight, ultrafine dust is a problem everywhere.

Currently, air quality in the Seoul metropolitan area, such as Seoul, Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk is at a "bad" level.

Today, the air may be cloudy in these areas at one point in the morning and at night.
