Constitutional Court "Sending President Yoon's Investigation Record, No Legal Problem"

The Constitutional Court is protesting that President Yoon's request for investigative records related to Yoon Suk Yeol's rebellion is illegal, but the Constitutional Court dismissed it as illegal.

In a briefing today (13th), Constitutional Public Information Officer Shin Jae-hyun said that there is no problem of violating the law, saying that the request to send a copy of the record certification conducted by the application of the parties is based on Article 10 of the Constitutional Act.
