The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs said it will hold a meeting tomorrow attended by Minister Kang Jeong-ae and the heads of the Central, Busan, Gwangju, Daegu, Daejeon, and Incheon Veterans Hospital to check the operation status of emergency medical treatment.
He also explained that efforts are being made to minimize medical disruptions by deploying 213 medical support nurses to medical departments and operating rooms in veterans hospitals nationwide.
Minister Kang stressed that he will maintain a close cooperation system with the Veterans Corporation and Veterans Hospital to prevent disruptions in the treatment of veterans.
