Ministry of National Defense "The report of Kim Eo-jun in disguise of the People's Army is absurd."

The Ministry of National Defense dismissed YouTuber Kim Eo-jun's claim that military troops disguised as the North Korean People's Army attempted to ambush and operate during the December 3 emergency martial law.

Acting Defense Minister Kim Sun-ho made the remarks today at the National Assembly's Special Committee on Investigation of Alleged Insurrection of the Yoon Suk Yeol Government.

Acting Kim said that the person who made such a report should provide clear grounds, adding that there is no way to confirm Kim Eo-jun's report.

Kim Seung-won of the Democratic Party of Korea cited the fact that the Intelligence Command ordered more than 200 people's uniforms in July last year, citing the shooting of Han Dong-hoon, former leader of the People's Power, and the announcement of North Korea's involvement in certain places.

Acting Kim explained that the intelligence company's purchase of the people's uniform was carried out in the normal business process, and that the operator was selected and delivered in December last year.

He then said, "The project was carried out because we train in these training suits," adding, "I can't go into detail, but it's a cover used by intelligence agents."
