Yoon Suk Yeol's president said martial law was not a crime and claimed that declaring martial law was an appeal to the nation. In an article published on his personal SNS after the execution of the arrest warrant by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, President
Yoon said martial law is the exercise of the president's authority to overcome the national crisis.

He also argued that martial law was so ridiculous that it was prosecuted for impeachment due to the frame offensive of civil war, and that the declaration of emergency martial law was an appeal to the public and that's why he planned a small force.

He added, "I think it was a good thing to inform and appeal to the national crisis situation, seeing that many people and young people have recently become aware of the crisis situation in Korea and have a sense of rights and responsibility as sovereigns."President Yoon's account

states that President Yoon wrote this article in about 9,000 characters earlier this year, along with a photo of a handwritten manuscript.
