The high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office has set up a separate facility inside the building to investigate President Yoon Suk Yeol.

As it is the first current presidential investigation in constitutional history, we plan to proceed with the investigation by referring to past cases.

President Park Yoon Suk Yeol, who is suspected of being a "civil war mob," will be investigated in a separate space in the 5th building of the government building in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.

The investigation room is the size of a general inspection room and is complete with video recording equipment.

If the suspect, President Yoon, agrees, the investigation process can be recorded in video and audio from beginning to end.

Inside the investigation room, lawyers such as President Yoon and lawyers Kim Hong-il and Yoon Gap-geun are located,

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit will consider whether to seek an arrest warrant within 48 hours of the arrest of President Yoon.

If President Yoon is reviewed for an arrest warrant, he will wait for the results at the Seoul Detention Center in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Whether or not to request an arrest warrant is expected to be the biggest variable in how President Yoon will deal with the investigation process.
