The ruling party's lawmakers, including floor spokesman Park Soo-min, filed a complaint with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office accusing the two of abuse of authority and illegal arrest and detention.
Floor spokesman Park Soo-min met with reporters after the National Assembly's general meeting and explained that, as I have said several times, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit has no authority to investigate the rebellion and has no choice but to point it out.
He also stressed that constitutional damage is occurring in the investigation that President Yoon receives, and that he will continue to keep the principles in check under the constitutional framework.
