It has to be decided by 10:33 a.m. on the 17th at the latest, but for now, it is highly likely to request an arrest warrant from the Seoul Western District Court.

An official from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit said it is customary to request arrest warrants to the same court as arrest warrants.

Along with the seriousness of the rebellion, President Yoon is expected to emphasize his non-cooperation in the investigation, such as refusing to comply with the request for attendance three times.The lawyers for President Yoon
