President Park Yoon Suk Yeol, who is suspected of being a "civil war mob," will be investigated on the third floor in the 5th building of the government building in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.
The investigation room is the size of a general inspection room and is complete with video recording equipment.
However, President Yoon did not record the investigation process because he did not agree to the video recording.
Former President Park Geun Hye also refused to record the video in the past,

Inside the investigation room, lawyers such as President Yoon and lawyers Kim Hong-il and Yoon Gap-geun are located,

, Deputy Director of Public Offices Lee Jae-seung, Chief Prosecutor Lee Dae-hwan, and Chief Prosecutor Cha Jung-hyun will conduct the investigation in turn based on the 200-page questionnaire.During the former President
Park, former Prosecutor General Lee Won-seok and then Senior Prosecutor Han Woong-jae, who were the Special Director of the Central District Prosecutors' Office at the time, alternately participated in the investigation.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit will consider whether to seek an arrest warrant within 48 hours of the arrest of President Yoon.
If President Yoon is reviewed for an arrest warrant, he will wait for the results at the Seoul Detention Center in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
