The owner of a franchise cafe in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, has been controversial for sharing a release on social media containing rude comments toward customers.

According to the online community on the 22nd, store owner A, who runs a franchise cafe, recently posted a Reels video titled "Less Parasite Villain" on his SNS account. The video says, "The parasites in the reticulum are X. "What kind of Americano is this XX?" a male voice was included.

Mr. A said that a customer who received coffee at the time said, "Is it vanilla latte? "Isn't it an Americano," he said, expressing a sharp response to the situation where he asked, "It's because it's different from what I know."

Since then, the video has rapidly spread to Twitter and online communities, and Internet users have responded angrily, such as "I'm in a low mood," "How can I speak like that?" and "I need to step up at the headquarters."

"I sincerely apologize for causing inconvenience to many people due to inappropriate SNS posts," A said. "We deeply reflect on the fact that posts posted with short thoughts can cause a big impact."

"As a store owner, I will do my best to prevent this from happening again with the responsibility of the brand," he said, adding, "I sincerely apologize once again to everyone who saw the post and ask for forgiveness."
