The court's decision ultimately failed to entrust the National Election Commission to hold the election for the president of the Korea Football Association, which started from the ground up.

The Korea Football Association asked the Central Election Commission to review the consignment management on the 8th, but announced yesterday (15th) that it had received a non-payment decision by the Jongno-gu Election Commission.

The Jongno-gu Election Commission told the association that it is difficult to manage the voluntary consignment election due to the ongoing election management work for the chairman of the National Community Credit Cooperative, which will be held for the first time on March 5.

The election for the president of the Korea Football Association was scheduled to take place on the 8th, but it was temporarily postponed due to a court ruling that there was a "serious procedural violation" a day before the vote.

With all the members of the election committee resigning, the association plans to reorganize the steering committee within this month to discuss specific election schedules.

Chairman Chung Mong-gyu, who is trying to run for the fourth term in the election for the 55th president of the Korea Football Association, a visiting professor at Myongji University, and former national soccer team coach Huh Jung-moo ran.
