President Yoon's lawyers raised the issue of the authority of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the Seoul Western District Court.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit cannot investigate the crime of rebellion, and the Seoul Western District Court is not even a court under the jurisdiction of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

Therefore, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit reaffirmed its previous position that the arrest warrant itself issued by the Western District Court was illegal and invalid.

On the other hand, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit argued that both the investigation process and the issuance and execution of arrest warrants were legal.

The investigative agency can secure recruits for up to 48 hours from the time the suspect is arrested, but the arrest deadline has been suspended until the return of the records.

However, at around 1:50 p.m., President Yoon expressed his intention not to attend the afternoon investigation through his lawyer.

If the suspect refuses to investigate, he or she may consider forced inches or door-to-door investigations.

The investigation was decided not to be conducted immediately because the arrest investigation was conducted and the basis for the arrest warrant was not explicit.

Already, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit believes that President Yoon's charges have been revealed through a joint investigation with the prosecution.
