The controversial decree No. 1 refuted Yoon Suk Yeol's claim that former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun copied it incorrectly, saying that former Minister Kim made no mistake.

The two sides are belatedly engaged in a "fight to blame you" over the Pogoryeong No. 1, which surprised the whole nation.

The first trial preparation date for former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, who was handed over to trial on charges of engaging in important missions of rebellion and abusing his authority, has been held.

Former Minister Kim insisted on the legitimacy of the emergency martial law, but stressed that there was no mistake in the process of writing the decree.

Earlier, President Yoon's side blamed former Minister Kim for the martial law decree No. 1 for copying the example of the past military regime, which he refuted head-on.

In the wake of the controversy, President Yoon said he would call former Minister Kim as a witness on the impeachment hearing date and reveal details about the process of writing the proclamation.
