The Korea Meteorological Administration warned that overnight temperatures will fall below zero, creating thin ice on some roads, and fog will shorten visibility, increasing the risk of sliding accidents.
The temperature in Seoul this morning will be -5 degrees Celsius, similar to yesterday, but the daytime temperature will be 5 degrees Celsius, about 3 degrees higher than yesterday.
Cloudy and milder weather will continue over the weekend, but ultrafine dust concentrations are expected to rise in some parts of the central region while the atmosphere is stable.
