Yes, an 'ultra-fine dust warning' is being issued in Seoul amid high concentrations of fine dust.

Currently, the concentration of ultrafine dust has risen to 70 micrograms per cubic meter, which is three times the usual level.

The city center behind me has also turned gray, and I can't see the sky at all.

As it looks like it will be full of dust all day, make sure to wear a mask when you go out.

With the atmospheric congestion stagnating and dusting for three days, additional smog from China has been introduced since dawn.

Currently, the concentration of dust across the country except Jeju is going up and down from 'bad' to 'very bad'.

An 'ultra-fine dust warning' is also being issued in Jungbu, Daegu, North Gyeongsang, and North Jeolla Province.

Following the metropolitan area and Chungcheongnam-do, "high-concentration fine dust emergency reduction measures" have been expanded to other Midwest, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk.

The area will have a two-part system of public institution vehicles, restrictions on the operation of Grade 5 vehicles, and shorter operating hours at air-emitting sites and construction sites until 9 p.m. tonight.
