It is not included in the 48-hour arrest deadline from the time the court receives the relevant documents and returns them.

As a result, the deadline for President Yoon's arrest, which was until 10:33 a.m. today, has been pushed back to 9:05 p.m. tonight, 10 hours and 32 minutes later.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit plans to request an arrest warrant within this deadline, but it is known that preparation for the arrest warrant is already in the final stage.
