Kang Jeong-hye, a non-executive member of the National Human Rights Commission, voluntarily withdrew the proposal of the agenda, which recommended the guarantee of President Yoon Suk Yeol's right to defend.

The National Human Rights Commission said Kang Jeong-hye submitted a withdrawal on the agenda of guaranteeing "President Yoon's right to defend" this morning (17th).

Kang is said to have decided to cancel the proposal in consideration of the comprehensive situation after careful consideration.
