Both the ruling and opposition parties criticized the disturbance in the court by supporters who protested the arrest of Yoon Suk Yeol's president.

However, there was also a subtle difference in positions between the ruling and opposition parties, and reporter Jeong In-yong reports.

Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, criticized the disturbance at the Seoul Western District Court, which issued President Yoon's arrest warrant, saying it cannot be overlooked.

It has destroyed the basic order of the democratic republic, as much as it has incapacitated the maintenance of community order, which is what the state should do.

[Lee Jae-myung / Democratic Party leader: It is an unacceptable act of destroying the judicial system. But, my fellow citizens, (this chaos) is considered to be a pain in the neck for a fresh start.

In particular, the Democratic Party pointed out that President Yoon's denial of everything from arrest to arrest is the main cause of the situation.

He also pointed out that the power of the people who tried to prevent the arrest at the presidential residence and acting president Choi Sang-mok, who sat on the sidelines of the security service that hindered the first arrest, are also responsible.

The people's power also said that they understand the hearts of President Yoon's supporters, but protesting by violent means does not help anyone.

He asked President Yoon to refrain that hatred would be a heavy burden on him, saying that he needs to give his opinion on the legal boundary to gain more civic sympathy.

However, he also mentioned the police's overreaction, saying that it was a situation in which protesters could not be held accountable for violence on the spot.

[Kwon Seong-dong / People's Power Floor Leader: (Acting President Choi Sang-mok) should get to the bottom of the police's overreaction and acts of violence that have not been seen at KCTU and other illegal rallies.]

People's Power Shin Dong-wook, a senior spokesman for the People's Power, stressed that the people's power will do its best to protect the rule of law, using terms such as riots and rioters in a way that the Democratic Party has caught "one thing."

The National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee and the Public Administration and Security Committee will also hold questions on pending court riots led by the opposition, so the controversy is expected to continue for the time being.
