In the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee, the ruling and opposition parties clashed over the cause and responsibility of the attack on the Seoul Western District Court by supporters of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

The ruling party argued that the courts and police should have been prepared in advance, as there was a possibility that fierce supporters would show violent patterns.

He also pointed out through the court's side door that the police had to block President Yoon's supporters from entering the building.

On the other hand, the opposition party countered that the sedition of the ruling party triggered the situation, referring to Yoon Sang-hyun, a member of the People's Power, who said he expected to be "disrespected" by some supporters who were arrested while crossing the court wall before the full-fledged invasion.

At the same time, he stressed that politicians should speak with responsibility as they can cause serious signs and misunderstandings to supporters.
