Last year, the assets of billionaires around the world increased three times faster than a year ago, according to an analysis.

On the other hand, the number of poor people living on $6.85 a day, less than 10,000 won in our money, has hardly changed since 1990.

Oxfam, an international relief and development organization, released its annual inequality report on the 20th local time in time for the opening of the World Economic Forum and the Davos Forum.According to the

report, billionaires' assets increased by $2 trillion last year, three times larger than a year ago.

In addition, the number of people on the billionaire list increased by 204 last year, bringing the total to 2,769.

In particular, the assets of the top 10 richest people increased by an average of $100 million a day last year.

Oxfam predicted that if this trend continues, there will be at least five "tough millionaires" in the world within the next 10 years.

According to World Bank data, however, 3.6 billion people live on less than $6.85 a day, or 44 percent of the world's population.

In particular, 9.8% of women were classified as the poorest with less than $2.15 per day living expenses.
