Today, the coldest season of the year, "Daehan," came fine dust instead of cold.
Following the first ultrafine dust warning this winter, emergency reduction measures have been taken in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungcheongnam-do, and the air quality is expected to be poor throughout this week.

The Han River Bridge and Seoul scenery were covered with hazy dust as if they were painted with gray paint.Ships passing through the
are so blurry that only their shape is vague.
While dust was accumulated due to atmospheric congestion, the air became cloudy due to the addition of morning fog and smog from China.
[Anoknyeo / Yangcheon-gu, Seoul: It's been a long time since I came out to exercise because the weather is warm, but the sky is cloudy and there is a lot of fine dust, so it's hard to breathe. So I'm going around wearing a mask.
At one point today, the concentration of ultrafine dust in Jung-gu, Seoul, soared to 123μg per cubic meter, three to four times the usual level,
The concentration of ultra-fine dust has risen from 'bad' to 'very bad' nationwide, with 122 Vision-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do, 120 Cheongna, Incheon, and 102μg in Dunpo-myeon, Asan, Chungcheongnam-do.
The first ultrafine dust warning was issued in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province this winter, and emergency reduction measures were issued for the first time in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam region, including Seoul, as air quality is expected to worsen tomorrow.
The emergency reduction measures for high concentration fine dust are
when the average concentration of ultrafine dust on the day exceeds 50㎍g per cubic meter or when a special notice is issued.
It is lowered when the concentration of ultrafine dust is expected to exceed 50μg the next day.
When emergency reduction measures are taken, administrative and public institutions will implement a two-day vehicle system.
In addition, depending on the city and province, class 5 vehicles will be restricted from operating, and public workplaces and construction sites will be required to adjust operating hours.
[Nam Ji-eun / National Institute of Environmental Research's Air Quality Integrated Forecast Center: It is expected to show a "very bad" level mainly in the central region on the morning of the 21st as foreign fine dust that flowed in the morning of the 20th accumulates as atmospheric congestion from the night.]
This week, fine dust is expected to rise until the end of the week instead of the cold wave slowing down.
It is important to wear a KF80 or higher health mask when you go out and wash your hands and feet thoroughly with running water when you return home.
