Trump "declares Southern Border Emergency..."to send in the army"

U.S. President Donald Trump has said he will declare a national emergency on Mexico's southern border at his inauguration.

President Trump made the remarks in his inaugural address after he was officially sworn in as the 47th president in an oath of office in the Central Hall of the U.S. Congress.

President Trump has declared that he will deploy troops to the southern border to detain illegal immigrants to tackle illegal immigration.

It also said it would abolish the "catch and release" policy, which does not detain people during court review if they apply for asylum, and implement a "remain in Mexico" policy that would force them to stay in Mexico.
