Gueupcheon Stream is a place where houses have been flooded due to the collapse of the embankment, and the damage and anxiety of residents remain during torrential rains.
In response, the province spent 39.9 billion won to reorganize the 5.9km river section from April 2018.
With this construction, the width of the river in Gueupcheon Stream has been widened, escaping from flood damage due to local heavy rains.
Province has maintained its rivers environmentally so that plants can grow naturally, and has also maintained embankment roads, surrounding roads, and vehicle entry and exit routes to ensure that residents can travel safely.
