Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 30s today (5th) on charges of refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
Mr. A is accused of hitting a road-work traffic control vehicle with his car on the road in front of Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Dangsan-dong, Seoul at around 1:50 a.m. today and refusing to take a sobriety test by the police.
It was found that neither A nor the passenger were injured.
Police say A refuses to make a statement and plans to investigate the exact circumstances of the incident, including whether he/she is driving under the influence of alcohol.
