In Jeonju City, North Jeolla Province, a representative tourist city, festivals are held throughout the month of October.

The main stage of this festival is not the well-known Jeonju Hanok Village, but another space in history.

Reporter Kim Min-sung introduces you.

Jeonju Stadium was built in 1963 by North Jeolla Province residents with public donations.

The Jeonju Festa will be held throughout the month of October here, which is set to be demolished next month due to large-scale redevelopment.

The 'original Jeonju Castle' lawn, where professional soccer players are sweating, has transformed into a resting place where you can enjoy autumn weather.

The worn-out track has become a course for food booths under the spectators' seats, which have been painted several times.

[Oh Seoyeon / Singal-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do: There are many delicious restaurants and the price is better than I thought. I heard that this kind of stadium is disappearing, but I think it's a bit disappointing to disappear.]

This Jeonju Festa is also a month-long farewell ceremony in which the stadium looks back on its 61 years with local people.

The Jeonju Bibimbap Festival kicked off.

The essential ingredients for Jeonju bibimbap, which is grown from Imsil-gun to spring water from the Hanok Village in Gyodong, Jeonju, bean sprouts, and water parsley, which has long been the main producer of Jeonju.

While listening to the history and meaning of ingredients, children experience Jeonju Bibimbap with their hands and mouth.

[Na Yoon-sol, Na Hayeon / Nonhyeon-dong, Incheon: I got to know bibimbap from Jeonju, and it was delicious because it was mixed with various ingredients.]

There are also a variety of attractions at night, including large-scale drone shows, retro music parties, and Hanji costume fashion shows.

You can also enjoy the cool autumn weather while drinking traditional liquor such as makgeolli and moju.It reminds me of the old Jeonju mess, when all the people of

came together and played.

[Bukki / Jeonju Mayor: If you come to Jeonju in October, I think it's very meaningful to continue making things where you can feel the taste, beauty, and scent of Jeonju.]

After the Bibimbap Festival, events with core contents of Korean paper, books and Joseon pop will fill the long space with the Goodbye farewell stage of Jeonju Stadium.
