Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province announced that it will expand the scope of emergency patient transportation expenses support projects that pay up to 150,000 won when using private ambulances to increase medical access for residents in areas vulnerable to emergency medical care.

Accordingly, the project targets have expanded from children and adolescents, basic livelihood recipients, and the second-highest class in nine cities and counties, including Jeongeup, Namwon, and Jinan, to the elderly aged 65 or older in the region.
