Anyang City announced that it will open the arboretum for the longest period ever this fall through working-level consultations with Seoul National University last month as a result of a survey of citizens who visited the arboretum last year showed high satisfaction with the pilot opening.
At Seoul National University's Gwanak Arboretum, you can enjoy autumn scenery at Azalea-gil, Sozandiwon, Aquatic Botanic Garden, Garden, Oak Tree Observation Road, and Mugunghwa Garden during the pilot opening period.
In addition, programs such as forest healing such as aroma oil massage, woodworking experience, and forest commentary will be operated.
However, even during the opening period, pets are not allowed to enter or bring in food, beverages, or mats so that the unique functions of the arboretum are not hindered.
