According to the government audit data submitted by LH, LH's target for housing construction this year is 51,120 households, but as of the end of September, only 2,946 households actually started construction.
In particular, it has been confirmed that no construction of public rental housing has taken place.
In response, LH said construction orders and contract work have been transferred to the Public Procurement Service since April this year, which delayed the process, but construction will take place along with the construction contract within this year as the target-scale construction order has been completed by the end of last month.
LH President Lee Han-joon also said in a parliamentary audit today that he would start construction of a total of 50,000 households this year, including 10,000 households in the third new city.
