"Han River, vegetarian"...Nobel Committee to Write Korean Language on Official Homes and SNS

The Nobel Committee, which announces Nobel Prize winners and achievements, announced Han Kang (53)'s Nobel Prize in Literature, drawing attention by writing his name and work name in Korean on its official website and social media (SNS).

The Nobel Committee introduced Han Kang's history and major works in detail in English through its official website and social media X (X, formerly Twitter) account.

In the meantime, the names of the Han River and the main works were written in Korean and English.

The Nobel Committee said Han Kang received the Nobel Prize for Literature, introducing a variety of works, including Han Kang's first novel "The Love of Yeosu," published in 1995, and "The Vegetarian" and "The Boy Is Coming," which led to his international fame.
