Bundang-gu residents are the biggest buyers of real estate in Seoul.

Among the residents of the metropolitan area except Seoul, the buyer who bought the most real estate in Seoul this year was found to be a resident of Bundang-gu, Seongnam.

Based on the data from the Supreme Court's Registered Information Plaza, Jikbang surveyed more than 19,300 residents of Gyeonggi and Incheon who bought a collective building in Seoul this year.

According to the survey, 1,220 residents in Bundang bought houses in Seoul, followed by 1,174 residents in Namyangju, Deokyang-gu, Goyang, Hanam, and Hwaseong.

Residents in Bundang mainly bought Gangnam areas such as Songpa-gu, and residents in Namyangju bought most of the adjacent Seoul real estate, including Gangdong-gu and Seongdong-gu, and Deokyang-gu in Goyang-si bought Eunpyeong-gu and Mapo-gu.
