The rain has stopped, but strong winds are blowing across the country.

In particular, there was a big rainbow in Seoraksan Mountain with typhoon-like strong winds reaching 36.8m per second.

Let's take a look at the picturesque scenery captured in the YTN disaster reporting system video.

At around 9:50 a.m., this is a video on CCTV overlooking Ulsan Rock on Mt. Seorak.

A large and clear rainbow rose over a huge rocky mountain.

It's simply spectacular.

It rained sporadically on Mt. Seorak until this morning.

The sun's rising light was refracted by the raindrops remaining in the air, creating such a beautiful rainbow.

A rainbow floating unwavering in the blue sky.

But the trees below them are shaking violently.

This is because the rain clouds are escaping and the cold air is coming down from the northwest, and the wind is blowing strongly due to the temperature difference.

In particular, Mt. Seorak had a typhoon-like gust with a maximum instantaneous wind speed of 36.9 meters per second, and strong winds of around 25 meters per second are still blowing.

As a result, a tree near Ulsan Rock collapsed at around 8:40 a.m. today, causing three hikers to be cut.

As the wind is so severe that a strong wind warning is issued in Gangwon Province, we need to prepare to avoid damage.
