A civic group has filed a complaint against Myung and President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife over the alleged manipulation of presidential polls by political broker Myung Tae-kyun.

Citizens' Action for Justice held a press conference at the National Assembly Communication Center today (23rd) and said it will file a complaint with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office against Myung and the president and his wife for violating the Public Official Election Act.

Four Sehaeng claimed that Myung repeatedly manipulated public opinion polls during the People's Power primary and presidential election to obtain favorable results for President Yoon's election, and that the president and his wife condoned and abetted this behavior.

Usually, the statute of limitations ends six months after the election, but Sasehaeng explained that the statute of limitations was suspended when President Yoon took office, allowing the case to be investigated.

is suspected of having been promised by Kim to nominate former lawmaker Kim Young-sun in exchange for providing dozens of polls to President Yoon ahead of the 22nd presidential election.

In addition, a transcript of Myung instructing his subordinates to design a poll to ensure that President Yoon's approval rating is high was released, causing controversy over the manipulation of the poll.
