The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety announced on the 24th that it will stop selling and recover some products of "Bibigo" dumplings that have been found to contain plastic.
The recovery target is a 400g product of "Bibigo Dark Kimchi Dumpling" manufactured by CJ Cheil Jedang. The expiration date is June 23, 2025.
The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety asked consumers who purchased the product to stop eating and return it to the place of purchase.
CJ CheilJedang said, "We are conducting voluntary collection considering consumer safety as a top priority," adding, "We will further strengthen the quality management system to prevent recurrence in the future."
