It's entering the second day of the fire, and the field is almost finished with extinguishing work.

The fire has been completely contained, and the parts where smoke rises are pouring water using a ladder truck.

In a little while, the fire authorities will announce the complete extinguishing of the fire.

The fire broke out at the 55 supply window of the U.S. military base in Beomil-dong, Busan, at around 6:31 p.m. yesterday.

At the time of the fire, the fire was so strong that it was once upgraded to the second stage of response.

Fire authorities used all available resources to extinguish the blaze at 7:34 a.m. today, 13 hours after the fire broke out.

The reason why the fire was not easily contained seems to be that the warehouse was made of sandwich panels and that there were piles of construction materials vulnerable to fire inside the warehouse that caught fire.

Fortunately, there were no casualties as the fire broke out after the workers withdrew from the piping construction and the fire did not spread to the adjacent building.

The 55 supply window on fire serves as a warehouse to distribute U.S. military equipment entering Busan Port to U.S. military units nationwide.

The investigation into the cause of the fire is expected to be conducted by the U.S. Forces Korea.

Under the U.S. Forces Korea status negotiations, the facility has investigative jurisdiction over the U.S. military.

When the fire is completely extinguished, the U.S. military is expected to investigate the cause of the fire with its own investigation team.

So far, I'm Son Jaeho of YTN in Busan.
