The U.S. government announced sanctions on more than 400 organizations and individuals to cut off support for Russia's military industrial base that invaded Ukraine and prevent abuses of the international financial system.

By department, there are about 120 State departments, 270 Treasury departments, and 40 Commerce departments.

Among them, the State Department has sanctioned groups and individuals on China, India and Malaysia to block the avoidance of sanctions against Russia, as well as senior Russian defense officials and military repair facilities appointed at the beginning of the year.

The sanctions also include Chinese-based companies such as XH Smart Tech and Beijing Dynamic Power.

The State Department said it was concerned about the size of dual-use goods being exported from China to Russia, noting that China continues to trade dual-use goods through sanctions evasion and bypass networks.
