Kharkiv space authorities say a 15-year-old boy is trapped in the rubble of a collapsed building in addition to the casualties confirmed by Russian forces dropping a bomb on a residential area in downtown Kharkiv late on the afternoon of the 30th of last month.
In Kyiv, a drone strike overnight triggered air defenses and raised air raid alarms, local media reported.
Russian forces have recently intensified attacks around Ukraine's capital Kyiv and the second city of Kharkiv, resulting in a series of civilian casualties.
Local media say Russian forces have carried out 20 airstrikes on Kyiv this month alone.
On the eastern front, Russian forces attacked towns beyond the front lines in the Donetsk provinces of Zaritshne, Druzkiukka, Berestki and Uppeniukka, killing five people in a single day on Thursday, authorities in Donetsk said.
